- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, striving to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and ensure products are well stocked.
- Assist with the training of new staff on customer service protocols and product knowledge.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations in the store environment.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical assisting, or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products, medical supplies, and their applications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, computer software, and online communication tools.
