We are seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the operations of our service center and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive service management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service center
- Manage and supervise service center staff, including technicians, service advisors, and customer service representatives
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and procedures
- Monitor and analyze service center performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments and work orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Help to develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service center software systems
